Ingredients (8)
- 20g baby spinach leaves
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, chopped
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
- 1 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
- 1 lime, peeled, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups (375ml) coconut water
- 2 tsp finely grated ginger
- Lime slices, to serve
Method

- Step 1Place the spinach, apple, cucumber, kiwifruit, chopped lime, coconut water and ginger in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Step 2Pour the spinach mixture into serving glasses. Top with lime slices and serve immediately.
