Ingredients (6)

  • 1 tbsp Milo powder
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 medium banana, chopped
  • 2 tbsp traditional oats
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

  • Step 1Blend or process Milo, milk, yoghurt, banana, oats and ice cubes until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass. Serve.
