This delicious, health-boosting brekky drink is worth getting out of bed for.

Ingredients (6)

  • 2 small granny smith apples, cored, roughly chopped
  • 2 small oranges, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 (500g) pineapple, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 2 small carrots, roughly chopped
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • Ice cubes, to serve

Method

  • Step 1Place a large jug under juice extractor nozzle. Juice apple, orange, pineapple, carrot and ginger. Stir to combine.
  • Step 2Divide ice cubes between chilled glasses. Top with juice mixture. Serve.
