Ingredients (5)
- 500g papaya, peeled, roughly chopped
- 1 small banana, peeled, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp psyllium husks (see note)
- 1 cup orange juice
Method
- Step 1Blend papaya, banana, yoghurt, psyllium husks and orange juice together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
