Ingredients (5)

  • 500g papaya, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 1 small banana, peeled, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husks (see note)
  • 1 cup orange juice

Method

  • Step 1Blend papaya, banana, yoghurt, psyllium husks and orange juice together until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
