Ingredients (8)

  • 20g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored, chopped
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
  • 1 lime, peeled, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups (375ml) coconut water
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • Lime slices, to serve

Method

  • Step 1Place the spinach, apple, cucumber, kiwifruit, chopped lime, coconut water and ginger in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2Pour the spinach mixture into serving glasses. Top with lime slices and serve immediately.
