Ingredients (12)
- 1 banana, peeled, chopped
- 1/2 small pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped
- 2 kiwifruit, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 baby cos lettuce, trimmed, chopped
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 3/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 250ml (1 cup) apple juice
- 330ml (1 1/3 cups) coconut water
- 1 lime, juiced
- Crushed ice, to serve
- Lime slices, to serve
- Fresh mint sprigs, to serve
Method
- Step 1Place banana, pineapple, kiwifruit, lettuce, spinach, mint, apple juice, coconut water and lime juice in a large blender. Blend until smooth.
- Step 2Serve the juice over ice, garnished with lime slices and mint sprigs.
